Our goal is to breed and race some of the best horses on the east coast. Nancy Phillips started at the age of 4 riding and showing horses. At the age of 12 she won her first open jumping championship. From there on out it was win after win. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of horses. She has worked miracles on horses that have been injured at the track. And she runs the breeding and foaling operation here at Acer Farm.
Alex Marine started out in 1970 at Larking Hill Farm MD. Breaking and Breeding. In 1975 he started training horses at Bowie Race Track in MD. First year he won 11 races in Maryland and W.V. He helped pick out the bloodlines on several mares to breed, that produced graded horses.
